Yes, you know who you are! Ok so I did better today – breakfast was tea + corn flakes, mid-day I had two plums, lunch was roti wrap with last night’s mixed veggies. Dinner was a store-bought biryani (it had boiled veggies) + one pakora + low-fat yogurt. I’ll also have a mug of chocolate milk before I go to bed.
Exercise: nil for the day but I did run up some escalators.
